Diagnosis
Scutellum with engraved and weak reticulation, slightly flattened, median groove reaches ¾ of the length of scutellum; scutellum metallic bluish-green; propodeal callus with 5-6 setae; frons with raised and strong reticulation; propodeum with median carina long and narrow, LC/WC = 6.7, and with submedian grooves reticulate; forewing speculum open below; male flagellum with all flagellomeres distinctly separated.< /FONT >
